Cheesy game that I can not stop playing it!

Well this seems to be the only way to contact you guys. I have a complaint about a game and your so called customer support. After several attempts to contact you about Rail Rush crashing through your support website, not only does it not offer any help, theres no way to write a request. It just sends you in a circle! USELESS! Now to the game in question. After attempting to purchase a different world, it says "Thank you for you purchase" and "Purchase failed" at the same time, then the game freezes with the music still playing. I have deleted the game several times and each time I get the same results. How can you fix this? I purchased the game through ITunes, but ultimately you are responsible for the technology and programming thats not working as planned.

Awesome game love it I like gold games and I found your game and thought it would be fun but the thing is that you have to buy some worlds and I really liked those worlds I tried them all and thought maybe instead of buying the worlds instead buy them with your gold nuggets thats what I would like but thank you anyway

I had this game on my dads phone. I deleted it like 3 years ago. I was playing Agar.io when I taped "more games." I found this game and Im like: :O!!! I finally found it again

This app is awesome and it is really FUN!! Best ever except fir having to have 3 tickets for trying a new world! Other than that it is AWESOME!!!

Simple, elegant, fun. Thank you for offering some of the worlds free. Id like to try the other worlds because Im tempted to purchase, but not without trying first. Please make the other worlds one trial pass each. Other than that, perfect.

This is my new favorite app! I love how you can play in different worlds, and my favorite world is the candy one! I would like maybe more free worlds in the future, but still the game is amazing.

Takes a little practice but this game rocks.

This game has one of the best shop systems Ive ever seen in an iOS game, and its very addicting to play. Even though the gameplay is honestly somewhat repetitive (as it would be) I can tell a lot pf work was put into making a diverse environment, such as different kinds of obstacles and even different biomes (which dont really affect the game, but help heighten the mood). I found it to be a little too "pay-to-win" with characters that were kind of cheaply designed and didnt have much depth and the characters you had to buy were always better. As with all iOS games, there were things about it I found stupid, but it gives you a good 6 hours of gameplay, Id say, before it gets boring.
