Well this seems to be the only way to contact you guys. I have a complaint about a game and your so called customer support. After several attempts to contact you about Rail Rush crashing through your support website, not only does it not offer any help, theres no way to write a request. It just sends you in a circle! USELESS!
Now to the game in question. After attempting to purchase a different
world, it says "Thank you for you purchase" and "Purchase failed" at the same time, then the game freezes with the music still playing. I have deleted the game several times and each time I get the same results. How can you fix this? I purchased the game through ITunes, but ultimately you are responsible for the technology and programming thats not working as planned.
